- Delivery is planned. Large orders may come in several boxes or crates, sometimes by van.

How far ahead should you order 100 pies or more?

What should you put in a bulk enquiry?
A complete first message saves a day of back-and-forth. Include:
- the quantity, split by pie type and size;
- the date and the latest acceptable arrival time;
- the delivery address, with loading bay or access notes, or the pickup outlet;
- dietary requirements, such as vegetarian, no pork or halal-certified;
- packaging needs, such as individual bags or labels;
- billing details: company name, address, purchase order number; and
- a contact who will answer on the day.

How do you receive a large pie delivery?
Count the boxes against the quote while the rider is there, and open a sample from each pie type. Photograph any crushed or wrong boxes immediately. Don Pie, for example, asks customers to raise problems within 2 hours of receipt, with photos.
