Quick answer
Pie delivery in Singapore works two ways. A bakery's own website delivers whole pies and bigger orders, usually with a flat fee of about $15 to $28 or a distance-based fee, free above a threshold that is often $150 to $200, and a lead time of a day or more. GrabFood and foodpanda deliver small orders on demand, with app fees on top.
Pie delivery in Singapore sounds simple until the fee page loads. There are two separate systems at work, a bakery’s own delivery and the delivery apps, and they suit very different orders. Here is how each one behaves in October 2026.
What are the two ways to get pies delivered?
Own-site delivery means you order on the bakery’s website and the bakery arranges delivery, often through drivers from Grab, Lalamove or similar services. It covers the full menu, whole pies included, and usually needs a day or more of notice.
App delivery means you order through GrabFood or foodpanda. The shop prepares the order and an app rider brings it. It suits one or two pies, today, from shops that list on the app.
How much does pie delivery cost?
Own-site delivery fees in Singapore follow a pattern: a flat fee or a distance-based fee, waived above a spending threshold. The table shows published terms as of October 2026.
| Seller | Delivery fee | Free delivery above | Lead time noted |
|---|---|---|---|
| Don Pie (Chicken Pie Kitchen & Don Signature Crab) | By distance, with surcharges at festive peaks and for some areas | $200, per its home page | Advance orders; see below |
| Windowsill Pies | $20 islandwide, plus $10 before 9am | $150 | 3 days minimum |
| Polar Puffs & Cakes | Not stated on page | $160 | 3 to 5 days for party boxes |
| Kopi & Tarts | $20 | $170 | $25 minimum order |
| Marymount Bakehouse | $15, plus $5 for Orchard and CBD | $300 ($380 from 9 to 31 Dec) | Booked by date picker |
| Bake Mission (frozen) | $21.80 | $180 | Weekdays only |

The practical reading: a single personal pie is almost never worth ordering through a bakery’s own delivery. Once an order reaches roughly $150 to $200, the fee often disappears.
How far ahead do you need to order pie delivery?
Lead times for own-site pie delivery in Singapore range from the same day to several days. Specialist bakers commonly ask for 1 to 3 days for whole pies, Windowsill Pies asks for at least 3 days, and Polar’s party boxes need 3 to 5 days. For Don Pie, one product page asks for advance orders at least 90 minutes ahead, while its 2022 delivery announcement asked for 24 hours. Plan on the longer figure if the time matters.

Do delivery slots arrive on time?
Delivery slots are a target, not a promise. Several bakeries say plainly that they use third-party drivers on a best-effort basis and cannot guarantee an exact time. Don Pie’s ordering FAQ says this too, and adds surcharges for places such as Sentosa, the CBD, malls and Changi Airport.
Three ways to protect your event:
- Book the slot that ends at least 90 minutes to 2 hours before you serve.
- Give a full address with unit number, block and lift lobby, plus a phone number that will be answered.
- Name a backup receiver at an office, because riders rarely wait long.
Do pies arrive hot or cold?
Pies delivered across Singapore usually arrive warm at best. Party mini pies from some bakeries are delivered cold by design, with reheating instructions. Treat any delivered pie as one you may need to warm, and do not leave it sitting at room temperature for more than 2 hours. Singapore’s heat makes that limit matter. Our guide to storing, transporting and reheating pies has temperatures and times, and for chicken pies there is a tested walkthrough of how to reheat chicken pie in the oven, air fryer or microwave.
When are delivery apps the better choice?
Delivery apps beat own-site delivery when the order is small and the need is now. GrabFood and foodpanda list several pie sellers, including Don Pie’s Tyrwhitt Road, AMK Hub and Wisma Atria outlets per the brand’s own menu page, plus chains such as Han’s and Délifrance.
Apps cost more per pie once you add delivery and platform fees, and app menus are often shorter than the shop’s own. App prices can also differ from counter prices. For a party, order from the shop, using the steps in where to buy pies in Singapore.

Questions buyers ask
How much does pie delivery cost in Singapore?
On a bakery's own site, expect a flat fee of about $15 to $28 or a fee by distance, with free delivery above a threshold. Published thresholds include $150 (Windowsill Pies), $160 (Polar Puffs & Cakes), $170 (Kopi & Tarts) and $200 (Don Pie, per its home page), as of October 2026. Apps add delivery and platform fees per order.
Do pies arrive hot?
Usually not hot. Pies cool in the 30 to 90 minutes between oven and door, and party mini pies are often delivered cold on purpose. Plan to warm them in the oven or air fryer, and serve within 2 hours of arrival if you do not reheat.
Can I choose an exact delivery time?
You can usually choose a slot, but many bakeries use third-party drivers and describe slots as best-effort. If the time matters, book delivery well before you serve, or collect the pies yourself.
Can I still order pies on Deliveroo?
No. Deliveroo stopped operating in Singapore in March 2026. GrabFood and foodpanda are the main delivery apps now.
